DISEC, also known as the Disarmament and International Security Committee, was founded on the 26th of June of 1945 in the aftermath of World War ll with the purpose of preventing another global armed conflict. This committee seeks global security and deals with various issues regarding the use of weapons and the fulfillment of the treaties involving weaponry. We expect our delegates to actively participate in the commission and to use their skills to come up with creative solutions that guarantee global security and the adequate usage of weapons. We will be attentive for any concern or doubt you may have and hope to see you in our commission.
